
Leveraging mature hepatic targeting strategies and optimized oligonucleotide modification systems, Youngen’s liver-targeted delivery pipelines enable efficient, stable, and high-specificity accumulation of RNAi therapeutics in hepatocytes with a favorable safety profile. Differentiated from conventional single-target therapies, our metabolic pipelines adopt a dual-target therapeutic strategy, simultaneously intervening in core pathogenic genes and key metabolic signaling pathways that drive lipid overaccumulation, glucose metabolic disorder. We aim to provide novel and potent RNAi therapeutic solutions for refractory obesity and chronic metabolic diseases. Beyond cardiovascular and metabolic programs, Youngen is also advancing research in cns neuroscience and therapeutics, exploring RNAi-based approaches for cns therapy and other neurological applications. Our research efforts in central nervous system therapy focus on developing innovative strategies that address disease-related molecular targets and expand the potential of RNAi therapeutics.
