
Our proprietary AOC platform is a differentiated targeted delivery system designed to unlock the therapeutic potential of siRNA for extrahepatic tissues. Leveraging our AI X-Gen-powered 10-billion fully human synthetic phage library, we conduct intelligent CDR randomization to isolate high-affinity cross-reactive human/mouse antibodies at pM–nM levels. Built on proprietary site-specific glycosylation-enabled stable bioconjugation chemistry, the platform conjugates monoclonal antibodies or antibody fragments with chemically stabilized oligonucleotides via biocompatible cleavable linkers. Antibody moieties drive precise binding to cell-surface antigens enriched on tissue cells, triggering receptor-mediated internalization and efficient endosomal escape to release oligonucleotides intracellularly. The modular architecture allows rapid swapping of targeting antibodies, therapeutic oligonucleotides and linker chemistries, supporting fast Proof of Concept screening across multiple disease targets.
