Peptide-Oligonucleotide Conjugate (POC) Technology Platform

Our proprietary POC platform is an AI-empowered modular single-molecule nucleic acid delivery system. Enabled by AI rational design and high-throughput virtual screening, we engineer cyclic peptides, tissue-targeting cell-penetrating peptides and optimized peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates to overcome poor peptide druggability and insufficient targeted delivery efficiency. Functional peptides are covalently coupled with siRNA via biocompatible cleavable linkers. Customized tissue-targeting and cell-penetrating peptides empower precise drug accumulation in kidneys, skeletal muscles and the central nervous system. Featuring a homogeneous single-molecule structure, our POC candidates exhibit favorable pharmacokinetic profiles, low immunogenicity and streamlined manufacturing workflows. Lesion-specific receptor-mediated internalization avoids carrier buildup and alleviates off-target toxicity caused by non-specific oligonucleotide deposition in healthy tissues.
